Cancellation Request Form

If you cannot cancel your booking from My Page or the reservation confirmation page for non-members, you can also cancel through the cancellation request form below.

Notice

  • Please send one request form per booking
  • The cancellation fee is calculated based on when the customer center receives your cancellation request.
  • If you send us an email after the departure time, you will be considered a "no-show," and 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
  • The cancellation process is completed when you receive the confirmation email from the customer center.
  • Bookings made by phone cannot be changed or canceled from My Page. Please call our customer center for cancellation.
  • You cannot cancel Japan Bus Pass from this form. Please cancel from My Page.
